Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. This policy explains when and how an order can be cancelled.
Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be in production or preparation for shipment and cancellation may no longer be possible.
How To Cancel An Order
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

- The email used to place the order
- The cancellation request
If Your Order Has Already Been Processed
If an order has already entered production or shipping preparation, it may not be possible to cancel the order.
In this case, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy once the order has been delivered.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days depending on your financial institution.
