Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Processing includes order verification, production preparation, quality checks, and packaging.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Estimated delivery time = Processing time + Transit time.

Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather conditions, holidays, high shipping volumes, customs processing, or other external factors. In these cases, delivery may take an additional 2–6 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking numbers usually become active within 24–48 hours after shipment.

All shipments originate from the United States.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us by the carrier, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may not be able to issue a refund.
