How long does it take for tracking to update?
Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to appear after your shipping confirmation email is sent. Please allow extra time during weekends, holidays, and peak shipping periods.
My tracking number is not working. What should I do?
Please make sure you entered the tracking number exactly as shown in your email. If it still does not work after 48 hours, contact us at support@spudprint.com and our team will help you check your shipment.
Why has my package stopped moving?
Sometimes packages do not receive a new scan for a few days while moving through the carrier network. Weather, weekends, and high shipping volume can all cause delays between updates.
When will my poster/canvas ship?
Custom canvas/posters products need production time before shipping. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
