We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we aim to make returns and refunds simple, fair, and transparent.
45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 45 days of delivery so we can review the best solution for you.
Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, store assistance, or a refund where applicable.
Return Window & Conditions
Return Window
You have 45 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund review.
Example: If your order arrives on March 1, you have until April 15 to contact us.
Requests submitted after the 45-day period may not be eligible.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items should be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Unframed and uninstalled
- Returned in the original packaging whenever possible
- Returned with all original materials included
Exception: Damaged, defective, poor-quality, or incorrect items may still be eligible even if the packaging is not in perfect condition.
How to Return Your Order
1. Contact Us
Email our support team at support@spudprint.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
If your item is damaged, defective, poor in quality, or incorrect, please include clear photos.
2. Receive Return Instructions
If your request is approved, we will email you return instructions, including a return authorization number (RMA) and a prepaid return shipping label when applicable.
3. Pack & Ship
Pack your item securely in the original packaging or similar protective packaging, and include the RMA number if requested.
Use the prepaid label we provide for approved eligible returns.
4. Return Review
Once your return is received and inspected, we will review and process your refund if approved. This typically takes 5–7 business days.
5. Refund Issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, Poor-Quality, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, has a quality issue, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- We may offer a replacement or a full refund
- In some cases, a return may not be required
Customized & Personalized Items
Because customized and personalized items are made specifically for you, they are eligible for return or refund only if they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or have a clear quality issue.
Returns or refunds for custom items are not accepted for change of mind, design preference, spelling approved by the customer, or other subjective preferences after production has started.
If you need to make a design change, please contact us before production begins. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
Sale & Clearance Items
Sale and clearance items may be returned under the same 45-day return window unless otherwise stated. Any approved refund will be based on the sale price paid.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Digital products or downloadable items
- Items returned after the 45-day return window
- Items that have been framed or installed
- Items showing clear signs of use or customer-caused damage

We cover return shipping for approved eligible returns.
If your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label where applicable.

Return & Refund FAQ
Can I return an item after 45 days?
No. Returns or refund requests must be submitted within 45 days of delivery. Requests made after that period may not be eligible.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. For approved eligible returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.
How will my refund be issued?
All approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Is there a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge a restocking fee.
What if my item is damaged in transit?

Can I return a custom item if I change my mind?
Custom and personalized items are only eligible if they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or have a clear quality issue. They are not returnable for change of mind or personal design preference after production begins.
